Raising Our Standards
I'm a bit late, but had to mention another terrific article by Emily Edmonson in the Chronicle of Higher Education. In "Raising Our Standards," Edmonson inspires us all to aim higher in our job searches and gives some excellent advice to search committees wishing to attract good candidates.
